Preparing your customized plan takes up to 5 business days. Once you select your preferred plan we will start by me asking you few questions and based on your responses I’ll build the right plan for you.

Day 7, 14 and 30 of the month: You will need to send us an update with your weight + activity level. Based on that, 3 new meal options will be provided within 24 hours according to the progress you have made.
